There are several factors to consider when choosing the perfect tailgate barbecue for your next event. Cast iron grills, for example, are heavier than grills made from other materials. The best choice is a smaller grill with a lighter weight.

You should verify that the tailgate grill you are considering uses electricity. These issues can be avoided by choosing a gas-powered tailgate grill.

Be sure to check the stadium rules. You should be aware of the rules and regulations for tailgating at stadiums. As many parks and stadiums have strict guidelines about grilling, it is important to thoroughly clean the grill after every use. Regardless of the type of grill you choose, you should always be aware of stadium and park rules and regulations. Tailgating, aside from following the rules of your venue, can be a memorable experience for the whole family.

How to make a perfect omelet

Omelets are my favorite breakfast dish. But how do you make them perfectly? Many different recipes and methods have failed to work for me. So today, I want to share some tips and tricks with you so you can make your own delicious and fluffy omelets every morning.

We should first know that eggs are very temperamental ingredients when making omelets. They must be fresh, preferably from the organic market, and be kept cold until cooking. The yolks and whites will not form properly if they aren't kept cold enough. This can make your omelets look bizarrely colored. If you're going to cook them immediately, it is best if the eggs are still warm.

You might also try separating the egg before adding to the pan. Because this could cause your omelet to become curdled, you don't want any yolk to be mixed with any white.

If you add the egg directly onto the stovetop, you might end up burning the bottom part of the egg, which would ruin the texture of your omelet. Instead, place the egg in the microwave for 10 second before you put it in the skillet. The heat from the microwave cooks the egg just enough without overcooking it.

Let's now talk about mixing eggs. Mix eggs well together. Turn the bowl upside down and grab the whisk to do this. Now shake the bowl vigorously. This will whip the air around the bowl and mix the egg well.

Now it's time to have fun: pour the milk into the mixture. First, pour half of the milk into the beaten eggs and then fold the eggs gently into the remaining milk. If you still see streaks of eggs, don't worry. These streaks will disappear once the omelet has been turned over.

After you have folded the eggs, heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil has started to sizzle, turn the heat down to low. When the oil is hot enough, add 1/4 cup butter to the pan. Stir it around until the butter covers the entire pan. Now carefully crack open the lid of the pan and sprinkle salt into the pan. The salt will help to prevent the omelet's sticking to the pan.

Cover the pan once you have formed the omelet. Wait for the top to set. Flip the omelet upside down or with a spatula. Cook the second side for a minute or so. Serve immediately after removing the omelet from its pan.

This recipe works best with whole milk, but skimmed milk also works.
